CAMP FACILITIES: Log cabins on the historic site of the Hewes-Kirkwood Inn dot the landscape of Rocky Ridge Music Center's 17 acres of alpine forest at the foot of Longs Peak. There are approximately 40 buildings including a main lodge, dining hall, office, and series of residential and practice cabins. The dining hall doubles as concert hall and lecture/rehearsal room. Boys residential cabins and girls residential cabins are on opposite sides of the campus with faculty residential cabins and other buildings in the middle. Trained, qualified counselors reside in the residential cabins with the students. Practice cabins are found throughout campus with pianos available in most cabins. Rocky Ridge owns a state-of-the-art water filtration system is tested daily and provides plenty of clean, mountain-fresh water on campus.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Founded in 1942, Rocky Ridge Music Center is dedicated to providing transformative music education at both our historic summer campus in Estes Park, CO and our newly established year-round Music Academy in Boulder, CO.
The Center’s programs give students of all ages and levels a variety of opportunities to work with exceptional artists, teachers, and colleagues from around the world. Rocky Ridge encourages participants to engage in lifelong music-making and to build creative communities where they live and work.
Rocky Ridge Music Center: transforming lives through music, nature, and community.
Students come from all over the world to study music in beautiful surroundings located at the foot of Longs Peak in Estes Park, Colorado. Youth from ages 10 to 24 can study any orchestral instrument, piano, voice or composition with highly qualified resident and visiting faculty. There are also seminars for adults in piano, folk music, and chamber music. Anywhere from 60 to 80 students may attend RRMC at any given time, with a variety of programs lasting from four days to four weeks.
Rocky Ridge is the proud recipient of the Best of Estes Park 2015 Award for Instruction Schools, Camps, and Services.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: SeriesFest is back this Summer 2022 with the popular TV Pilot Academy Summer Camp! This camp is available for students ages 14-18 who have a passion for television, acting, film, editing, writing, or directing. This camp features 90 contact hours with real industry professionals and full student use of professional film equipment. Students will work as a team for 3 weeks to create an original independent TV pilot. The original pilot will screen publicly at the end of the camp in partnership with SeriesFest in Denver, CO.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The KRD Pre-Professional Summer Dance Intensive is designed to provide young dancers with sound technical dance training in a challenging yet nurturing and fun environment. YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Year-Round dance classes are provided at The Academy of Kim Robards Dance. Programs are offered for dancers ages 3-adult, including a Pre-Professional Program that includes year-round, comprehensive dance training as well as multiple performance opportunities.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: The Jewish UnCamp is a one-of-a-kind, judgment-free zone for independent-minded Jewish teen girls. It's where you'll have open discussions about everything that matters - like what is true love? What is a soul? Why do bad things happen? What does it mean to be Jewish, and why should I care? Colorado is your summer playground where fun-lovers can go hiking, biking, water-tubing, kayaking, swimming, and more. Explore the non-conformist in you with the creative workshops including ceramics, acrylics, collage making, stained glass, watercolor, and multi-media.

CAMP LOCATION: We will call magical Colorado home for the 3 weeks of UnCamp. Operating on a Girl Scouts-owned campsite, the site’s 724 acres of vast terrain are framed by stunning rock projections, the beautiful Laramie Mountains to the west, and crystal lakes and rivers to the east – all surrounded by the Roosevelt National Forest
Fly into Denver and meet up with our charter bus to the property. The campsite is a two hour drive from Denver, and just a hop over the state line from Wyoming and Nebraska.

CAMP FACILITIES: The property has a beautiful lodge for meals and activities, all-season cabins where we’ll be sleeping, and miles and miles of breathtaking hiking trails.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Jewish UnCamp is open to Jewish girls from all backgrounds, from those who have no experience with Jewish customs and texts, to those who have significant experience. Our approach is Chabad, with its emphasis on understanding the unique Divine mission we each have in creation.
The Jewish UnCamp is a project of Bais Chana Women International, an award-winning nonprofit organization that serves an international clientele of Jewish women from all walks of life, from teenagers to grandmothers, with Jewish education, guidance and support.
Get ready for late-night cook-fests, drum circles, bonfires, talent shows, and slam poetry.
In the creative workshops, you'll explore ceramics, acrylics, collage making, stained glass, watercolor, and multi-media
Out of it all, Jewish UnCampers know that the best part is the girls that you meet and the lasting friendships that you make. Because when there's nothing superficial getting in the way, what remains is what's meaningful.

• A large ensemble—which will workshop and give the world premiere of a new work by one of the mentor composers
• A small ensemble—which will co-create, rehearse, and premiere new work(s) by the student participants
• A small home group—which will feature games and social activities
• (Optional) Two, hour-long private composition les- sons—which will give students professional feedback on their music and personalized instruction
• A final, virtual concert—on Friday, July 31, 2 PM EDT

Since 1980, we've put kids in charge of their own learning experience. At Steve & Kate’s, kids try, fail, and learn on their own. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: WHAT’S THE GIRLS LEADERSHIP SPECIAL SAUCE?
Professional & Crazy Fun Staff — Our Educators teach for us all year round. They live and breathe our renowned curriculum, and they’ve been practicing our trademark camp games for years, so they are more than ready to rumble.
Summer Program Director Cora Garner is an American Camp Association Member. She came to us after working at Cornell University, Stanford University, and most recently the University of California, Berkeley. Through her work in Higher Education, she has developed and taught courses that focus on identity and community development.
At Girls Leadership we want you to be true-to-you. Every day starts with community games. Our theatre-based workshops focus on developing personal and societal leadership, such as how to ask for what you need. In these sessions girls practice new tools for speaking up for themselves and for others.
We also create beautiful art projects, stay active outside, and always have a spirit theme for the day. These activities are designed to encourage girls to embrace who they are, reflect on what they believe, and give them an opportunity to express themselves creatively.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: The Mt. Blanca Summer Music Conservatory is a weeklong program designed for young instrumental and vocal musicians. This program provides students with a week of intensive personal study and practice, private lessons with a fantastic faculty, collaboration with other young artists through small and large ensembles and education through various workshops and classes. Various music workshops such as music history, theory, rhythm or improvisation give students a well-rounded and complete learning experience. Students will also get to enjoy exciting non-musical activities such as a trip to the Great Sand Dunes National Park or a movie night!
