CAMP FACILITIES: One in-person camp will be held at the Georgetown Public Library in July 2025, located in Sussex County, DE.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Beginner coding skills are taught helping children learn sequencing and terms that grown up coders use everyday to create video games and more. Math and Science activities engage your child in learning and our ARTS program helps students understand how computer artists work in the field.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Young Dancer Camp is designed for the young dance student, ages 8 to 10, who are currently enrolled in Ballet Level 1, 2 or 3 and are taking a minimum of two to three ballet classes a week. It is a comprehensive program that enhances the dancer’s classical ballet training and introduces the dancer to character, historical dance, jazz, etiquette and proper stretching. Southland Ballet Academy's outstanding faculty will be teaching this camp.

CAMP FACILITIES: Campers live in cabins (wooden buildings with canvas window and door coverings). Up to 10 campers and 2 or 3 staff members live together. CAMP FACILITIES: Our 7,500 sq. ft facility houses two professional stages (65-seat and 99-seat), rehearsal and classroom space, offices, and a large lobby gallery. Nestled between a cafe, salon, retail shops, and a popular wine bar, Edgemar Center for the Arts is the anchor of the Edgemar complex on Main Street in Santa Monica. The interior courtyard provides a hub of activity and a convergence of artists, businesses, residents, and visitors to this beachside destination. The complex is a stop on the tour of local gems designed by architect Frank Gehry. The Los Angeles region has a wealth of small "black box" theatres, many of them housed in older structures. Edgemar Center for the Arts theatre’s are unique in size and height and are designed for the challenges of modern stage productions. The Hayward La-Honda Music Camp is organized to challenge students in a variety of creative pursuits and is devoted to the development of musicianship for students grades 6-12. The camp mission is to inspire young people to achieve their best musically, to enjoy a great social/recreational experience and take home memories that will last a lifetime. CAMP FACILITIES: Beautiful and recently renovated Black Box Theater. It has a stage and comfortable back stage. All of our props and backgrounds are designed and created by hand. Elevated seating that can fit up to 90 people. There is a ticket booth and a functioning restroom. Different types of lighting: black light, fluorescent, stage lighting, rope lighting, and a disco ball. A working sound board, music, and up-to-date stereo system. We utilize different media options as well.

A few buildings away is our main office, where rehearsals may sometimes be held. It has 3 spacious rehearsal rooms, each with a baby grand piano.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Brother's Grimm "go Broadway" as Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (and his beanstalk) and The Witch meet and interact on their journeys.

Performance for family and friends at the end of the camp.

We do not skip out on costumes! Every participant will be outfitted in a role and age appropriate costumes for the performance. The actors and actress will also interact with carefully designed and created props.

Students will be learning stage position, projection of their voice, blocking, how to interpret a script, read music, sing in a group, and dancing.

Since the plays we do are musicals, the actors and actresses will learn the basics of singing. It includes, reading music, matching pitch, group and possibly solo singing, tempo, and rhythms. Our choreographer will teach dance positions, dance moves, rhythm, counting, and tempo.

Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM, beginning July 15 and going through August 9th. The camp location will be in Livermore, and is for children aged 7-17. The performances are on Saturday, August 10th and Sunday, August 11th.

The regular tuition for the 4 week program is $1100. Enrollments before July 1, 2013 will receive a 10% discount, reducing the tuition to $990. A 25% deposit of $247.50 is due at the time of registration. The balance of the tuition is due by July 1st, 2013. Enrollments after July 1st must pay the full tuition at the time of enrollment.

CAMP FACILITIES: We have three total locations (2 in California, Irvine, and Yorba Linda). 1 in Chatham, NJ. Regarding the California locations, we have two offices and ample recreation space in each location. There is also a clubhouse in Yorba Linda called (the Troy Club) that is where we host activities for the Summer Camp. The Troy Club has an ample gathering space, a playground, tables and seating, and a large heated pool.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: SFCC uses a behavioral program to replace ineffective, inappropriate behaviors with positive and effective behaviors. Stage Kids WA develops and nurtures young people's potential through classes, workshops and performances. Our professional staff encourages creativity and delivers quality performing arts training for both the beginner and the experienced performer. Fun is had by all as we emphasize life skills such as responsibility, confidence, teamwork and creating new friendships.

Stage Kids CA was recently honored as "Best family-friendly musical" for their holiday production of "Bah Humbug".

Often, the success of a show is determined by the number of tickets sold or the overall presentation. To us, the process is just as important (if not MORE important!) than the performance, so we focus on challenging and growing the children. After all, that's what makes a better show...theater skills are really life skills!

Stage Kids WA is a program of the Campbell Children's Theater Foundation - tax exempt under IRS 501(c)(3)

CAMP FACILITIES: Our Ballet studio is located in downtown Alameda near shopping and restaurants. It is in a beautiful old building with hardwood floors and large windows with lots of natural light.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Ages 4-6yrs: This level is for beginning students as well as those who have already been in a dance program. In addition to a daily dance class, children learn about and watch a different famous classical ballet each week. They explore their own creativity through exercise in movement concepts. Students also learn valuable lessons about anatomy, nutrition, dance history and vocabulary. Every child goes home with their own Ballet Camp Scrapbook they have created each week.

Ages 7-12yrs: This level is similar in structure and content to the camp for 4 - 6 year olds, but is for children whose focus, coordination, reading and writing skills are more developed. This camp includes a daily ballet class, video of a classical ballet, lessons in music, dance history, anatomy, nutrition and ballet vocabulary. Students explore their creativity with exercises in choreography and activities related to the classical ballet they are studying. Plus, students go home with their own Ballet Camp Scrapbook they have created each week.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Campers arrive at 9 AM the younger group stays until 1 and the older group stays until 3. We spend our time singing, learning songs, learning dances, working on lines and blocking, working on acting, and creating a special show for the end of our Camp session. Every camper has a chance to show their special talent.

At Earth Path Education we encourage the experience of being at home in nature and within oneself. Our Approach
Nature Awareness:
Through focusing on nature awareness we encourage our students to experience what is happening around them, awakening curiosity and inspiration. When students are empowered to root in processes like making fire, foraging wild foods, making rope, and learning bird songs; they begin to feel capable of relaxing and deepening in the wilderness. We believe that learning skills of how to source our human lives from the abundant life around us grows respect; respect for the plants that heal our wounds, the sticks that give us warmth, and the creek that cools us. We develop a deepening gratitude to the elements that offer us life.

Regenerative Presence:
We use a variety of tools to inspire a regenerative presence on the planet. At Earth Path Education, we believe that the concept of regeneration is the key to a harmonious future here on Earth. We believe that as humans we can do more than not harm, we can actually feed all of creation with our beauty, our rituals, our songs, and our deep listening.

Village Building:
We hold necessary the role of the village in our Wilderness Rites of Passage ceremonies. It is the village that sends the initaites into their journeys, and the village that catches the initaites and witnesses the transformations. The rites of passage is also a key part to the health of the village, pumping all members with health, inspirations and vitality, bringing to the village the vision seeds that are to sprout us into a more harmonious way of relating.

Ceremonial Arts:
At Earth Path Education we are committed to the beauty way. We make earth offerings, and leave equsitie altars in the forest. We sings and dance, at each spring, we feed the fire with our stories and we compost our grief and our burdens, so that life can grow corn with it to feed the people. We pray for our lives, we pray for the earth. Our dreams bring us messages, and as we tune into our rhythms, and synch up with the rythms of the land. The earth starts to dream up through us, clarifying our purpose, calling us forward, and illuminating our gifts. Our ceremonies are an art of listening, to that wisdom which has been held in the earth and is just waiting to be danced up through us.

Permaculture:
Permaculture creates systems that provide for Human needs and the Earth’ s needs through mutually beneficial relationships. The health of our human community is linked to our local bioregion, which in turn is linked to the wellbeing of all ecosystems. We instill the ethics of Elemental Linking and Holistic Thinking. As every element becomes an integral part of the whole system, the whole community becomes more dynamic, harmonious, and energy efficient. These enhanced relationships reduce maintenance and stress, while increasing yields and happiness. These permaculture principles apply to our ecological relationship and our social relationships.

Play:
We instill the idea that work and play can be one in the same. We inspire youth and adults to follow the things that they are truly passionate about. We help guide each other to feel confident in achieving our dreams, and manifesting a life that we are happy to be living each day. We believe that the most harmonious accomplishments come from a people who love what they were doing, feeling that their calling, is a place where ones passion is meeting the thrist of the world and bringing sweet water to the driest of places. We support our participants in finding this inspiration, passion, and motivation within themselves and taking action on their calling.

We experience ourselves through ceremony and through play! We learn ancestral crafts, games, stories, and songs as we root into our bio-region! As we camp and hike our amazing landscapes, we explore the ways in which we can sustain ourselves through our understanding of the natural world. We learn a variety of earth skills including how to make fire, wild edibles, permaculture, plant medicines, and much more.

We call upon elders in our community to share their wisdom; we bring in strong role models to teach a variety of skills, crafts, and classes. Together we form a web that nourishes the fertile soil that feeds our growth and expansion throughout life. CAMP FACILITIES: Specialized equipment includes tumble track, sprung floor, rod tumbling floor, trampoline and double mini-trampoline, along with above-ground resi pits and skill-builder shapes (wedges, back handspring trainers, etc.).

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: TrampCamp is taught by the Camp originator, a USAG professional member experienced at setting up and restructuring trampoline and tumbling ("T&T) programs throughout the State of California. She has years of experience as both a gymnastics and T&T coach and judge. Her T&T programs have produced numerous State, Regional and National champions, as well as members of the Regional All-Star and National JumpStart teams. Basics and proper skill development are emphasized. This Camp is for anyone who wants to learn or improve their trampoline, gymnastics and tumbling skills at all levels, from the beginner who wants to learn how to bounce safely for fun, to the cheerleader who wants to work on tumbling skills, through the competitive athlete who wants to improve their skill level. We believe that we are helping to "BUILD BETTER HUMANS THROUGH MUSICAL THEATRE" by focusing on collaboration, acceptance,creativity, respect, friendship, and individual expression. We build these elements into everything we do.

During each one-week session, 120 Campers are divided, by age, into seven groups: Preschool - High School.
Each group spends the week from 9-3 each day attending sessions in ACTING, DANCE, MUSIC, STAGECRAFT and THEATRE ARTS,creating a unique, original Musical Theatre Production for performance at the Friday Night Showcase.

Each age group is joined by trained, experienced, caring counselors who accompany them throughout their day. We believe in personal attention to each camper, therefore we keep our camper to counselor ratio very small. In our preschool 1/2 day program, our ratio is 3 campers to one counselor. This ratio increases only slightly with each age group. Our maximum ratio is in the 9th-10th grade Leadership Training program, where the ratio is only 6:1. We believe that adhering strictly to this ratio allows each camper maximum support for their individual creative expression and gives our staff an opportunity to relate to every camper individually.

Our caring instructors are skilled, educated, and experienced in their craft and have a passion for helping kids discover their skills, talents and self confidence in each of the respective elements of Musical Theatre creation.

Stagecraft: Campers will make (or assist in making) their own sets, props and costumes, using age-level based artistic expression, creative and technical skills.

Dance: Campers will be taught a dance and will learn dance terms and basic dance moves. They will learn or improve their ability to be comfortable with dance and with moving their bodies.

Acting: campers will learn and rehearse their scene for the showcase. As age/ability increases, campers also participate in writing their own lines, some of the scene, or the whole scene.

Music: campers learn the song for their performance. They will focus on basic musical terms and concepts. As age/ability increases, campers participate in solo and small group singing, understanding and performing harmony and lyric writing/music composition skills.

Theatre Arts: Campers gain understanding of the concepts and ideas needed to fully comprehend their scene/character for the performance showcase. As age/ability increases, campers participate in character development, exploration of personal strengths/goals, collaborative creation process.

Preschool/Kinder students attend a 1/2 day camp where some of these classes are combined. All other campers attend full day camp.

9th/10th grade campers also attend child development class and leadership training and function as an instructor assistant for some of the day as part of our Leadership Training Certification Program.

All of our staff are highly trained in positive interaction skills and have a passion for children and for the arts.

CAMP FACILITIES: We have 20 modern open air cabins, large dining hall, outdoor basketball, tennis courts and large ball field. Being on an island, our site is right on the beach. We have an amphitheater for campfires and an amazing climbing wall and high-ropes facility.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp del Corazon is an ACA accredited camp that serves children with heart disease. Camp del Corazon (Camp of the Heart) was founded in 1995 by a UCLA nurse and doctor who wanted to provide a new kind of healing to their pediatric cardiac patients. Today the camp serves over 400 children a summer.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We offer year-round retreats for congenital heart patients between 18 and 24 years old on the mainland. This program is called the Progressive Adult Cardiac Experience (PACE). This program is aimed at developing the practical and leadership skills that young adults with heart disease will need as they transition into their adult lives. This program often involves a weekend of camping, teambuilding games and workshops.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our huge facility the "Digital Gym" boasts state of the art equipment, a production studio with a green screen, multiple classrooms with iMacs and projectors, and a 49-seat theatre.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our Story Ballet Camp is designed for students ages 3 to 5 and ages 6 to 8 to increase the love and appreciation of the art of dance while improving coordination, physical fitness, performance ability, self-esteem and discipline. A storybook theme will be offered during each session, and all activities will revolve around the ballet theme. There will be a demonstration at the end of the week for parents to attend.

CAMP FACILITIES: ODC Dance Commons, a 23,000 square foot building located at 351 Shotwell St. (between 17th and 18th streets), offers an environment where professionals, emerging artists, students, and dance fans can congregate, exchange ideas and inspire one another. A gathering place for our cultural community since 2005, new art work is percolating in every studio, 200 classes a week in all forms of dance draw hundreds of students of all ages each day, and the Healthy Dancers' Clinic tends to our constituents daily. Lectures, discussions, journal club meetings and neighborhood gatherings round out the activities at the Commons. The ODC Dance Commons has become a source of pride for the region and a resource for artists and arts organizations from across the country.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: This Summer ODC School will be offering an 8 week session for our Young Creative classes for students age 2-7, classes will take place Saturday's and Sunday's June 7-July 27, 2014. For youth ages 8-12 we will be offering a 4-week Youth class session. Classes will be offered in the afternoons Monday-Friday July 7- August 1, 2014.

CAMP FACILITIES: Skylake's secret to success is its small cabin groups. "Boys' camp" and "Girl's Camp" each with their own 16 rustic cabins is where the Skylake spirit is born. FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): Skylake operates a Family Camp for a number of weeks prior to the children' camp sessions and again in the fall after children' camp concludes.

CAMP FACILITIES: YMCA Camping is at its best at Sequoia Lake. Established by 5 Valley YMCAs the property of Sequoia Lake is held in trust by the Sequoia Lake Conference of YMCAs to be operated exclusively by The YMCA. In 2010 YMCA Camp Sequoia Lake became its own branch of the Golden State YMCA Association to host all of the Associations camping programs managing all programming on Sequoia Lake. Villages Today YMCA Camp Sequoia Lake is home to 5 independent villages which house a wide variety of programs during the summer. Sequoia, Gaines, Redwood, Millwood and Tulequoia.

OTHER CAMP INFO: The Project Endeavor Experience takes students and faculty from around the globe and works with each participant to hone their skills and talents. Each participant will be assigned a team and each team will work with a team leader to design a project or perform a routine or create a masterpiece that will be shown to members of that given field at a final banquet. The team that is elected by members of that profession will be honored at the event and will be able to meet with the judges. As a part of the Project Endeavor experience, each team will base their project and the competition on behalf of a local charitable organization. The winning team will receive a donation on its behalf from Project Endeavor to the selected organization.
